PITTED DATES
The pitted date is a parboiled date from which we have removed the core, it is rich in natural sugar (glucose, fructose and sucrose).
Conditioned Dates /Raviers
Conditioned Dates undergo heat treatment once. This treatment is a humidification and/or dehydration process of the product.
Branched Dates
Branched dates are selected natural dates that do not undergo any treatment on cultivation.
They concern only the Variety DegletNour.
